Welcome back everybody,
I hope your children have all have a restful break and are ready for a productive term ahead.
We have a fun term planned with swimming, ukulele, netball and ice-skating!!
This week:
Swimming - Tuesdays and Thursdays for the first 5 weeks.
12.15pm -1.30pm.
As this is over our lunchtime, please ensure your child has a generous playlunch. Children may wear their sports uniform on these days, for easy changing. A note came home today regarding payment for the bus which is $15 per child or $20 for those with 2 children. The swimming lessons are free.
Ukulele Lessons- All children will be having a half hour lesson with Baz Bemrose every Tuesday morning. Your child may bring their own ukulele on Tuesdays if they have one.
Netball Lessons- We have a whole school netball tournament on Wednesday afternoon 15 May at the town netball courts. Room 6 will have 5 lessons over the next two weeks to learn these skills. Children may wear sports uniform on these days too. Our lessons are on
Week 1- Thursday and Friday.
Week 2 - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Week 3 - Tournament Wednesday
There will be no Assembly this week either.
That's all for now,
Regards
